Before venturing into real estate, he founded an innovative healthcare service that went public in 2019. His diverse background has given him a deep understanding of real estate investment and financing strategies. Kevin lives in Port Richey with his wife of 15 years and their three daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys training and competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where he has earned multiple national championships.
